This policy explains what information FischMate receives, why it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we receive

When you buy Full Access, PayPal sends us the information needed to confirm and deliver your purchase. This can include:

• Your PayPal email address and PayPal customer identifier.
• Order and payment identifiers.
• The amount, currency, payment status, refund status, and purchase date.
• Whether your purchase email was delivered or needs another attempt.

We do not receive or store your full card number, bank account password, or PayPal password.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send in your email or Discord message.

How we use it

• Confirm payments and provide Full Access.
• Email your private download link and help you recover access.
• Provide future Full Access releases through the same link.
• Handle support, refunds, reversals, fraud, and payment disputes.
• Keep the website and purchase system secure and reliable.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Services that process information

FischMate uses PayPal for payments, Cloudflare for website hosting and purchase records, and Resend for purchase emails. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. GitHub hosts the public source and Free Access downloads.

Cookies and checkout

FischMate does not use advertising cookies or create customer accounts. PayPal may use cookies or similar technology when its checkout loads. PayPal controls that part of the checkout.

How long information is kept

Purchase records are kept while they are needed to provide your continuing Full Access download, meet accounting or legal duties, prevent fraud, and handle disputes. Support messages are kept only as long as they are useful for support and safety.

Your choices

You can ask what purchase information we have, request a correction, or request deletion when the law allows it. Deleting the information that connects your email to a purchase may prevent us from recovering your download access later.

Young users

FischMate is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review the purchase and make the payment for you.

Security

We use access controls, private Cloudflare storage, signed download links, and secure payment processing to protect purchase information. No online service can promise perfect security.
