Using FischMate

Terms of Use

By downloading, buying, or using FischMate, you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13 to use FischMate. A purchaser must be at least 18, or the legal age required to make the purchase where they live. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and make the purchase for you.

What you receive

Free Access includes the configurations listed as Free on the website. Full Access is a one-time purchase that includes the configurations listed as Full Access and access to future Full Access releases while FischMate Full Access continues to be maintained and offered. There is no subscription.

Some configurations may be clearly marked Work in progress. They are not counted as completed configurations.

Your license

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FischMate. You may read and modify your copy for personal use. You may not resell, republish, share, or redistribute the paid files or your private Full Access download link.

Payment and delivery

Full Access costs the price shown at checkout in the displayed currency. PayPal processes the payment. After a completed payment, the site provides a download and sends a private download link to the PayPal email used for the purchase. Keep that link private.

Responsible use

You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your Roblox account, the game you play, and your location. Platform or game rules can change. FischMate does not promise that third-party services will always allow every type of automation or that using automation has no account risk.

Updates and availability

We may fix, add, remove, or change features and configurations. We try to keep FischMate and its download service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. If a platform or game update breaks a feature, we may need time to update it.

Access restrictions

Full Access may be suspended or revoked for a refunded or reversed payment, fraud, sharing a private download link, or redistributing paid files. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

No affiliation

FischMate is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox or Fisch. Roblox and Fisch names and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Warranty and liability

FischMate is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not promise that it will be error-free or compatible with every computer, game update, or account setup. We are not responsible for indirect losses or third-party platform actions. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be removed.
